Undergraduate Student Poster Submission
Poster Details

All undergraduate and graduate student conference registrants are invited to submit a poster of either a completed research study or your emerging research. The emerging research category is meant to allow students to submit in-progress research. Please note that anyone submitting emerging research is not elligble to be judged for award consideration but will still receive feedback on their submission.

Participation in the poster competition is OPTIONAL for anyone submitting a poster. Any students wishing to compete in the poster competition and judged for award consideration MUST select OPT-IN below when prompted.

PLEASE NOTE: Posters with multiple authors planning to attend the conference must complete an individual registration form for each individual.

Volunteer Judging
The success of the Kentucky Psychology Student Conference depends on the involvement and generosity of talented and dedicated Faculty and Graduate Students who volunteer their time and energy to encourage Kentucky's psychology students in their academic journeys. The judging session is from 1:15 - 2:15 PM Eastern Standard Time but judges need to arrive no later than 1:00 PM to ensure we have time to get things set up and ready to go.

Judging Opportunities -

Undergraduate Poster Judging | Faculty members and graduate students are welcome to volunteer as judges for this category

Graduate Poster Judging | Faculty members preferred, however, graduate students may be considered

Emerging Research Judging | Faculty members and graduate students are welcome to volunteer as judges for this category

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT: By submitting this form, you agree that you will judge during the time that you have selected. Specific details for each assignment will be sent to you after the poster competition deadline passes March 14th, 2025. Mentor Award Nominations
Students are invited to nominate an outstanding faculty member or graduate student for a Kentucky Psychological Foundation Outstanding Mentor Award.

The following awards will be given:

Outstanding Mentor Award | Undergraduate Faculty
Outstanding Mentor Award | Graduate Faculty
Outstanding Mentor Award | Graduate Student

Faculty members are also eligible to nominate for the Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 14th, 2025.
