Please read all information below carefully before submitting this form:

Universities/Colleges who purchase the group registration rate are responsible for making sure all of their students are registered before the registration deadline ends (General: April 10th - Poster: April 3rd). Keep in mind that if you are intending to give a registration to a student competing in the poster competion you must submit this form prior to April 3rd so they may submit their own individual registration form by the deadline  Registration for groups will NOT be available onsite as staff is limited and will be facilitating the event.

After submitting your payment you will receive an email containing a registration code within 2 business days. Please pass this code onto the students that need to register under the group package and have them enter it at checkout when completing their individual registrations. All students/conference attendees MUST submit an individual registration form. Completing this form only purcheses the payment code. 

Group Registration for Universities/Colleges includes:

• Registration for up to 20 students, including both general conference registrants, or poster competition registrants. 
• Tabletop display - the chance to display program materials on a tabletop display in a central location.
